I became a huge Norm Daniels fan one hot and humid day in Key West.
While window shopping Duval Street, his art caught my eye as I
strolled by a quaint island themed gallery. The style, palette and
perspective of his artwork enhanced my experience and mood. It
simply captured the true essence of the surf and island lifestyle
which I enjoy.
Haleiwa Fleet Parking is typical of Norm's distinctive
impressionistic style. While I have yet to visit Hawaii, I get the
sense from viewing this painting the feeling of looking across
Anahulu Creek.
If you enjoy this painting, please give Norm's website a look at
normhere.com. His variety of whimsical and serious surf and island
art offer a range that appeals to anyone who enjoys this genre.
