We are pleased and fortunate to feature original artwork by the extremely talented and award winning artist, Maria Edith Wellborn. Maria's versatility as an artist reflects her experience in both commercial and fine art.  She is proficient in a variety of mediums and is able to display character in her work regardless of subject matter.  Whether portraying a weathered shrimp boat in a rustic Gulf port or wild horses roaming the western plains, her paintings exude a sense of charm and soul. Maria is an accomplished and well educated artist whose work has been exhibited in galleries throughout the United States in juried shows and solo and group exhibits.  She is an Associate Member of American Academy of Equine Art in Lexington, KY and a juried member of Associated Artist's of Winston Salem, NC.
